Groton Democrats sat in their new state Senate District - Worcester and Middlesex - for the first time at last weekend's State Democratic Convention. While we've always worked closely with Townsend and Lunenburg Democrats in the state House District, we were seated with them for the first time. Westford Democrats were also redistricted along with Groton. Great speeches by our Democratic elected officials - Sen. Warren, Sen. Markey, Gov. Healey, Lt. Gov. Driscoll, AG Campbell, Secretary of State Bill Galvin, Auditor Diane DiZoglio, Treasurer Deb Goldberg, and our Congresswoman Lori Trahan.
