Groton Democrats to Caucus March 1

Groton Democrats will hold a caucus at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, to elect six delegates and four alternates to the 2020 Massachusetts Democratic State Convention. This year’s convention will be held May 30 at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell, to endorse a candidate for U.S. Senate.


All Democrats and Especially Young People Encouraged to Participate

The caucus is open to all registered and pre-registered Democrats in Groton. Pre-registered Democrats who will be age 16 by Feb. 15, 2020 will be allowed to participate and to run for delegate/alternate. Youth (>35), minorities, people with disabilities, and LGBTQ individuals who are not elected as a delegate/alternate may apply to be an add-on delegate at the caucus or at www.mass.dems.org.


Groton Democratic Town Committee to Meet Afterwards
