The Groton Democratic Town Committee is sponsoring a local candidates’ night on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at 7 p.m. by Zoom. The virtual event will be facilitated by Robert Gosselin, retired town meeting moderator. The three candidates for Select Board will make presentations and take questions from the public. The public will be able to type questions using the Q & A function of Zoom, and the questions will be read to the candidates. Please be sure to include your name if it is not clear from your logon info.
Other candidates will be able to make short statements.
The Town of Groton has graciously offered their Zoom account and technical staff to assist Mr. Gosselin. To participate, the Zoom meeting ID is 897-0901-0237.
