Voter Sign and Go

Help candidates for town office get on the ballot. Sign nomination forms at the Voter Sign & Go! event on Saturday, March 18, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. outside at the Prescott School Community Center.

Voter Sign & Go! brings together the candidates and registered voters in a safe and quick way to collect signatures. It is a volunteer event organized by local voters and is not an official event of the Town of Groton. This event started during the pandemic but has proven to be a successful way for candidates to obtain the required 50 signatures to appear on the ballot.

What do candidates need to do?

Bring their Nomination Paper, a clipboard and pen to the event to place on a table.

What do voters need to do?

Park behind the Prescott School. Sign the nomination papers on the tables.
